Discovering Plants

  • Meeting edible allies in your own yard or land is the first step toward learning to appreciate and commune with wild and medicinal foods and deepen your relationship with land stewardship year round! Enjoy a real scavenger hunt for the whole family.

    I will walk with you through your yard or land, introducing you to the amazing wild edibles that grace your landscape and share a home with you! I'm always excited to share stories and folklore of the plants, along with culinary and historical medicinal uses. My goal is to deepen your connection with the land and with your plant kins, providing a bedrock of new friends and wild edibles to evolve with.

    This offering consists of an:

    • in-person walking survey up to 1 acre (additional coverage can be added on!)

    • a visual map of your edible landscape

    • fun tidbits, stories, and folklore about the different plants we meet along the way

    • additional tools and info to help you better connect with the medicine in your own yard and eco-garden!

  • Approximately 1.5 hours walking survey + follow up meeting with map layout, details of edibles/medicinals, and addt’l resources.

Ecological Garden Consult

  • Are you looking for ways to improve your garden for more ecological diversity, improved layout and design with a permaculture lens,or beneficial companion planting recommendations? Consider a garden consult!

  • 1 hour, in-person site visit + follow up in-person meeting and ecological garden recommendations, including an easy-to-access PDF reference sheet.

Wild and Cultivated
Plant Strolls

  • Discover some of our area’s most common edibles across a range of landscapes, including field, forest, and wayside. Learn about the importance of site selection, plant ID, and get to know some common plant allies just waiting to be seen and enjoyed!

    Plant strolls also available for small groups. These walks are a great opportunity to connection with plants, people, and place!

  • Donation-based community plant walks available seasonally. Must be on my email list to receive upcoming plant walk details (stroll down to bottom of page to sign up!).

    Special event plant strolls available upon request. Great for small group events or for seasonal visitor experiences! Attendees will leave with wild edibles and medicinal plants in hand, to be enjoyed as a later meal or snack! Contact for more details.

Herbal Make & Take Pop-up

  • Treat your event to an herbal ‘make and take’, where I provide all the makings for an herbal wellness treat that participants get to take home! I offer a menu of products to choose from, including tinctures, herbal bitters, tea making, bath and beauty goods, herbal roll-ons, salves, and more. Each ‘make and take’ includes an educational component where participants will get to know the plants we are working with in a meaningful way.

  • Approximately 1-1.5 hours

  • Price per participant starts at $20 and is based on product selection for experiential herbal lesson and make and take herbal items. Contact for more details.

Herbal Sensory Experience

  • Take in a sensory herbalism experience for you and your guests that will leave a lasting impression. These experiences dive deep into a hand-crafted palette of herbs with a wellness theme in mind. Themes include: heart-opening herbs, digestive bitters, sharp mind wellbeing, and mood boosters, among others. These experiences pair especially well with guided meditation by One with All.   • Experiences range from 2-4 hours depending on the offering.

1:1 Herbal Consult

  • An herb consultation is ideal for someone seeking to do deeper work on their health and looking to achieve long-last vibrancy in their life. Vibrant living is always my goal.

    I will act as a guidepost as you navigate your own health journey; I can recommend herbs and offer suggestions for lifestyle adjustments that best fit you and your health profile.

    The initial consultation will be approximately 1.5 hours, making time to gain a more clear picture of where you are in your health journey. We will discuss the goals you wish to achieve in terms of your health, and develop a plan on how to reach them.

    You will always leave a consult with some kind of recommendation, whether it is lifestyle, herbal, or nutritional. Many times you will leave with usable tools that are suited for your situation.

  • Thin unique offering consists of an in-depth herbal intake form (pre-consult), a one hour in-person meeting, and a follow up consult based on the recipients needs and asks.

A mindfulness series in herbal awareness and seasonal awakening

FLCC Muller Field Station is excited to kick off the fall semester with observations, conversations, and connections! For this free Wander and Wonder, we will meet the plants of Muller, incorporate journaling into the experience. Please bring along a journal to capture your reflections and insights during the walk.

Deepen meaningful connections as we come together and share stillness, stories, laughter, and gratitude in a serene setting of the Finger Lakes. Come nourish and bloom where the beauty of the Earth and the power of human connection converge in perfect harmony!

This is a great opportunity to give the gift of connection, stillness, and gratitude; a day where you get to celebrate the beauty of the season in community and embark on a personal journey to nourish and bloom!


Wild Oats Kids Club

June | July | August 2024

As we come out of winter and prepare our body, mind, and spirit for a season awakening and spring bursting forth, we invite you to join us for a 3-part series to awaken your senses with plants as our guide. This herbal series will introduce a curated palette of plants and herbs that celebrate body, mind, and soul connection.

For each class, participants will engage with a handful of medicinal plants and herbs, enjoy a tea tasting, create a take-home wellness product, and sink into their senses with guided meditation and time for reflection and discussion.


Kids ages 8-12 will dive deep with wild and herbal plant communities in a full circle way through hands-on, experiential learning, art, observation, song, and movement! Two block sessions available. Learn more!
